Well, i stole all these off you but ...

* Fold horseradish and cream-cheese together (gently otherwise the
cheese goes too smooth) and then lay down nice, big peices of smoked
salmon. Smear in a layer of the horseradish/chesee mix and roll up. Get
a sharp, wet knive and trim the ends then cut into bite sized peices a
la maki sushi.

* Speaking of which, Sushi is dead easy to make and can be done in
advance (although, not too far otherwise the fish won't be as good)

* You can buy blinis in packs and then dump some sour cream and some
caviar on top. Or roe if you're feeling stingy :)

You can also bake mini potatos, cut a cross in top and dump sour cream
and roe. Looks amazing, especially if the roe is the big, pearl like,
red stuff.

* For Christmas I tried to make Rabbit Ragout Ravioli. It was a pain in
the arse, the ravioli didn't stick and I ended up making canneloni which
I dressed with Basil Olive Oil. Look fantastic on the plate.
