1. Get nice tasty bits of chicken - either a bone in breast or a quarter 
   or preferrably a thigh.

2. Get a large casserole or some other wide oven ready dish with a lid. 

3. Heat up some olive oil and then brown chicken skin in bottom of 
   casserole.

4. Meanwhile cut lemons into halves or quarters then stick them in the 
   caserole. 

5. Leave until chicken is cooked. 

6. Viola!

This may use maybe 1 or 2 lemons. So either get more friends or eat a 
lot of lemon chicken.
