I have a good line caught tuna steak, some winter greens and store cupboard 
ingredients inc. noodles & plenty of spices. No fresh herbs.

Any suggestions what I can do with it tonight? I'm thinking something 
involving soy sauce/fish sauce/garlic ?

i like my tuna rare natch.
