Oh I see.  Never been there, but there are LOADS of good cafes in 
Sydney.  I would be suspicious of anyone claiming a particular one is 
the best.  We do breakfast well in a way I've rarely encountered in 
London, where breakfast quality seems to come in at a price point 
involving Tesco Economy sausages.

Just last weekend I had an amazing "Breakfast Bruschetta" of eggs, 
halloumi, semi-roasted tomato and pesto.  This from my fave local caff, 
Martini's.  They also do amazing Hollandaise, so their Benedict is worth 
trying.
