As Adam mentiuoined there's the reservation form on the website 
(although I've never tested that). Apparently also sometimes you can get 
through on the phone. It's not reliable though.

Alterbatively every night at midnight OpenTable release some seats for 3 
weeks in advance but it's a handful.

We used American Express Platinum's Concierge Service and we 
booked about 2 months ago (to attempt to coincide with my birthday 
which was on the 17th. The 18th however was their first day open this 
year).
