Steam it, serve mixed with a very little finely chopped pickled ginger
and quartered raw tomatoes.

The okra should still have lots of texture to it.  It goes nasty and
slimy and generally crap if you cook it for too long.

It would probably work well mixed with things like butterbeans too.
