As I no longer live in London can someone take along a video camera and
then post the video so I too can see how its done.

Or would black cladded, knife wielding maniacs armed with a video camera
just take this whole thing a step too far?

Yes, I thought that was kind of implied...it was a scandalous attempt to

get someone who knows what they're doing to help me sharpen my crappy 
knife before I feel the need to do it to a nice spanky new one in a few 
months/years time.
