In the past, I have  looked for a liquid nitrogen source beyond
getting some from a PhD mate, as carrying a smoking dewar on the bus
or tube is not the best of ideas, but not found anywhere that would
sell small enough amounts to the public. I'd never thought of using
dry ice, and, joy of joys, a number of ice cube sellers in London seem
to sell it to the general public. I think I may have to try this...
