"Anything with meat in" is usually a good start (apologies to the vegetarians/vegans amongst you) I'm a *big* fan of my mum's roasts (preferably beef or chicken. Lamb's okay, but I've never been a big pork fan) It's always worth a trip home. I'm one of those people who, when they're out at a restaurant, likes to find something that I either haven't had before, or that I'm not sure what it is.... (although there is a line - anything involving eyeballs, testicles, mushrooms or aubergine is way, way over it) I'm willing to try (almost - see above list) anything once.
