Since Billy is slacking in his task of pimping my website far and wide
whenever anyone asks a question like this, I shall have to do it myself.

It's all vegan, but many of the recipes are approved by even meat eaters.
And some of the recipes even have photos now.

I don't actually use veggie cookery books very much, since there is
the interweb, but I quite liked Vegetarian Food for Friends and the
Cosmopolitan Vegetarian Cookbook; review of the former is here:
